If you are searching for video production in Naples, you may find that prices are hard to come by, which makes it difficult to compare options or plan a budget. Here is how we price it at Premier Media Services, what each level includes, and the questions worth asking any videographer before you book.

Start with the goal, not the camera

The price of a shoot matters less than what happens to the video afterward. A beautiful video that sits on a hard drive does nothing for your business. Before you hire anyone, decide where the video will live: your Instagram and Facebook feeds, your Google Business Profile, or your website. That decision changes what gets shot and how it gets edited.

Most local businesses get the best return from short vertical video, the kind that plays well on a phone. That is why we shoot vertical video for social media on an iPhone 17 Pro. The audience watches on a phone, so the framing is right from the start.

What changes the price of a video shoot

Whoever you hire, the same few things move the price. Time on site is the biggest one, since the shoot itself is most of the work. Editing is the next: ten short clips take longer to finish than three. Extra locations, a larger group of people on camera, and special equipment all add time as well. A one time shoot also costs more per clip than a steady monthly plan, because each shoot has to be scheduled, set up, and wrapped up on its own.

What we shoot

Reels and photos are the core of our work: short vertical clips, walkthroughs of your space, events, and customer testimonials. Long form video, such as a regular YouTube series, is scoped separately, and we do not recommend one off long form as a strategy.

Three ways to buy video from us

These are our standalone rates, for businesses that already have someone posting and just need the footage.

Single Visit: $500, one time

One 2 hour capture on site, photography plus 2 to 3 edited short form clips, delivered edited and ready to publish within 7 business days. This is the right size to test the process or cover one specific need, like a new menu, a new product, or a team introduction.

Content Day: $900, one time

One 4 hour capture on site, photography plus 5 to 6 edited clips, delivered within 10 business days. This fits a launch, an event, or a seasonal refresh where you need a bigger batch at once.

Monthly Content Retainer: $450 per month

One 2 hour visit per month on a set day, photography plus 4 edited clips every month, with priority turnaround so your edits are finished ahead of one time shoots. There is a three month minimum, then it goes month to month. It costs less per visit than booking a Single Visit every month.

Which option fits

If you are new to video, a Single Visit is the easiest way to see how it works for your business. A new menu, a new service, or a team introduction can each be covered in one visit. A launch, an event, or a seasonal push usually calls for a Content Day, because a bigger batch of clips can be spread out over several weeks. If you want fresh video every month without having to think about it, the retainer is built for that.

If you want us to handle the posting as well, filming is built into our Signature and Authority social media management plans at no extra cost.

How to get more out of a shoot

A little preparation makes the visit go further. Pick the two or three things you most want people to know, such as a signature product, a service, or the people customers meet. Tell us when your slow hours are so we can work around your customers. Have the people who will be on camera ready, and let us know where the videos will be posted. We plan every shoot around where the video will be used, so the earlier we know, the better the footage fits.

What is included either way

  • Travel is included in Naples and Bonita Springs.
  • Every finished photo and video is yours to keep and use anywhere, with no licensing fees.
  • We hold the raw, unedited files.

Questions to ask any videographer

  1. How many finished, edited clips will I get, and in what format?
  2. How long until I have them?
  3. Do I own the finished video, and can I use it anywhere?
  4. What is the plan for where the video gets posted?
  5. Who edits it, and how many rounds of changes are included?

If an answer is vague, that is useful information.

Where to go from here
