Web Design in Bonita Springs: What a Local Business Site Should Include

If you are looking for web design in Bonita Springs, it helps to know what a good small business site actually needs before you compare quotes. A strong local site loads fast on a phone, says clearly what you do and where you do it, and makes it easy to call or book. Here is a checklist you can use to measure any web designer against, including us.

It says what you do and where you do it

A visitor should know within a few seconds what your business does and which area you serve. Put your services and your location in plain words near the top of the home page. If you serve Bonita Springs and Naples, say both.

Google reads the same signals. Your page titles, headings, and contact details should name the cities you serve, and each page should be written around what people in those areas actually search for.

It works well on a phone

Most people check a local business on their phone before they call. The site should load quickly, the text should be easy to read without zooming, and the buttons should be easy to tap. If the site is slow or awkward on a phone, many visitors will leave and try the next business.

It makes contact easy

Your phone number, your hours, and a way to reach you should be easy to find from every page. If you take bookings, quotes, or reservations, those links or forms should be built into the site so a customer does not have to hunt for them. Keep your name, address, and phone number written the same way everywhere, on your site and on your Google Business Profile.

It has a clear page for each service

One page that lists everything you do is harder for customers and for Google to understand than a separate page for each main service. A short, focused page for each service lets you explain it properly and gives people a better chance of landing on the page that matches what they searched for.

It uses real photos

Photos of your actual team, space, and work build trust in a way stock images cannot. If you do not have good photos yet, a photo capture visit is a smart place to start. Our Growth package includes one round of on site photo capture for local businesses.

It shows proof

Customer reviews, testimonials, and examples of finished work answer the question every new customer has, which is whether you are the right choice. Put them where people are deciding, not buried at the bottom of one page.

It matches your Google Business Profile

Your website and your Google Business Profile should tell the same story: the same business name, the same services, and the same service area. When they match, searchers and Google have less to second guess. If you would like help keeping your profile current and replying to reviews, our Local SEO service is $150 per month and works alongside your website.

The basics behind the scenes

Good SEO starts with the basics: page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, a clean URL structure, and social share previews that look right when someone shares your page. Every site we build includes these on the first pass. If you have Google Search Console access, we can connect your site to it as well.

Updating your site

Our website packages are custom Wix sites. With Wix, you can change your hours, phone number, photos, and services yourself whenever something changes, and you own the site outright for as long as your Wix subscription stays active. Many business owners like having that control. Others would rather hand updates off, and that is what our optional Monthly Care Plan is for: we make the content and copy updates for you for $150 per month. Whichever you prefer, keep the information on your site current so it matches your Google Business Profile and what customers see in person.

What it costs and how long it takes

Our Launch website is $1,800 one time: a 5 page site with Home, About, Services, Gallery, and Contact pages, a foundational SEO pass, and booking, quote, or contact forms wired in, in 3 to 4 weeks with 2 rounds of revisions. Growth is $2,800 one time: up to 8 pages, a blog or news section, one round of on site photo capture, a 2 week priority turnaround, and 3 rounds of revisions. Anything beyond a standard brochure site, such as e-commerce or 8 or more pages, is scoped and quoted individually.

A Monthly Care Plan is available for $150 per month if you would rather not handle updates yourself. It covers content and copy updates with 3 revision rounds per month, plus uptime and security monitoring. It is optional.

Questions to ask any web designer

  1. Is SEO included, and what does it cover?
  2. How long does it take, and what do you need from me?
  3. How many rounds of revisions are included?
  4. Who owns the site once it is finished, and who handles updates after launch?
  5. What does it cost to keep the site running after launch?
